About N'gelZ

My photo
A photography obsessor who loves to play the piano and strum her guitar, an absolute beach-maniac, sunset lover, nuts about cats and arts, like traveling. ~She sees life as one great big joke, a dance that's walked a song that's spoke, she laugh so hard that she almost choke when she think about herself. ~You see she's just a human and While she knows herself as a creation of God, she's obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation

Dream

Let me fall asleep peacefully
into a deep sleep onto my pillow
of wishful blues
let the angels take me away on a journey
let me live
and be free
with heavenly wings that are spread out
in WORDS.....in SPIRIT.....
in ME just dreaming away.....

Dreamer's Waltz

One of my favorite piano piece by David Nevue

Day and night painted in beige and black
Celestial presence fills the bareness within
  Expressionism swirling within my heart
My spirits fluttering with howling winds
Reality obscured, in my abstract thoughts.....

Fly me Away

I've always been dreaming that I'm flying (without wings). Well What could it mean? Freedom? Accomplishment of something? or merely just a dream? Whatever it is, I decided to paint it (digitally).
Fly me away through these dead broken trees,
Take me up high and over the stormy seas;
Fly me so far, far away from here,
To land where babes do not know fear;
Oh, I want to go where the
sun shines so bright,
Where rays of pure happiness light up the dark night;
Golden trumpets play as the glorious angels sweetly sing,
And brilliant pearly gates swing open, as I bow to my King;
Fly me away to this heavenly perfect place,
Where I can bask in my Lord's most awesome grace.

She Tells Her Love

She tells her love while half asleep,
In the dark hours,
With half-words whispered low:
As Earth stirs in her winter sleep
And puts out grass and flowers
Despite the snow,
Despite the falling snow.

Wishes

searching for answers
that evaded me for so long,
i got lost in a maze of treachery
hidden under a mask of innocence;

it’s been so long
words kept me awake
all night long, making
me restless and confused;

drowning in the wishes
of a long lost past,
i let my life down,
i let myself down;

in the midst of the night
under the velvet skies
i surrendered to life
i whisper for forgiveness;

so with a smile on my lips
and a wish on my heart
i give faith(hope) one more reason
i give life another chance
to make my wish come true;

Happy Mother's Day

I said a Mother's Day prayer for you
to thank the Lord above
for blessing me with a lifetime
of your tenderhearted love.
I thanked God for the caring
you've shown me through the years,
for the closeness we've enjoyed
in time of laughter and of tears.
I know how often I took you for granted
when I was growing up.
I always assumed you'd be there
when I needed you...
and you always were.
But I never really thought about what that meant
till I got older and began to realize
how often your time and energy were devoted to me.
And so, I thank you from the heart
for all you've done for me
and I bless the Lord for giving me
the best mother there could be...

My Childhood

My childhood was fun,
tough and exciting.
My childhood was one
where there wasn’t much fighting.
This was my childhood.

My childhood was filled
with family and friends.
My childhood was filled
with love that tied up loose ends.
This was my childhood.

~ Would love to share this beautiful poem with you (who ever reads it). Foot Prints on the Sand. A beautiful and meaningful poem. I'm not sure who is the writer, but I'm sure the writer is a good poem writer..~

Foot Prints on the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”
The Lord replied,
“The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”
