About N'gelZ

My photo
A photography obsessor who loves to play the piano and strum her guitar, an absolute beach-maniac, sunset lover, nuts about cats and arts, like traveling. ~She sees life as one great big joke, a dance that's walked a song that's spoke, she laugh so hard that she almost choke when she think about herself. ~You see she's just a human and While she knows herself as a creation of God, she's obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation

Looking at the Bright Side

I try looking, on the bright side of life, give
it a try. Give myself the opportunity. Life can be cruel,
that I'll admit. I will give it all
I can and won't give up on it.

There's always something
to hope for, they'll always be, a new day.
I won't get discouraged, or let trivial things
get in the way.

Will display all my courage
and then follow it through.. I know life can be very
complicated, of that there's no doubt.
It just takes a while, for some, to figure it
out.

Simple Pleasure

src: staree
The best things in life are nearest:  Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you.  Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.

I choose to live in simplicity and enjoy the simple pleasure God provides me in my daily life.
Have a wonderful day..:)

1.1.11

"The Old Year has gone.  Let the dead past bury its own dead.  The New Year has taken possession of the clock of time.  All hail the duties and possibilities of the coming twelve months!"  ~Edward Payson Powell

Goodbye to the year that has passed which had gave me a lot of bittersweet memories and thought me a lot about life. Whatever happened in the Old Year, I've determined to let it go and start another new chapter of life.

I will open the book.  Its pages are blank.  I am going to put words on them myself.  The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day and I'm going to do it in a different way. Dare to be different, is one of my new year's resolution.

And I am ready to face the challenges that comes in my ways throughout this year. I am looking forward to the new thing God will do in my life this year. I choose to let go of the past and get excited about my future because I am blessed!

Happy New Year 2011..

It's Christmas Once Again

I'm dreamin' tonight of a place I love
Even more then I usually do
And although I know it's a long road back
I promise you

I'll be home for Christmas
You can count on me
Please have snow and mistletoe
And presents under the tree
Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I'll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams
I found this while i was on duty at Mesilau. It really reminds me about Christmas time.

Tutong

09 December 2010- Tutong: I was on duty again; taking samples from mother nature. As i made my way up on the hill on a windy morning, it broke my heart to see everything has been cleared. I found this leaf resting near my feet, waiting to be blown away by the wind. Up there, i could see nothing but a cleared empty space..

The Solitary

My heart has grown rich with the passing of years,
I have less need now than when I was young
To share myself with every comer
Or shape my thoughts into words with my tongue.

It is one to me that they come or go
If I have myself and the drive of my will,
And strength to climb on a summer night
And watch the stars swarm over the hill.

Let them think I love them more than I do,
Let them think I care, though I go alone;
If it lifts their pride, what is it to me
Who am self-complete as a flower or a stone.
